- Our smart tech experts wear masks and shoe coverings while inside your home and will wear gloves. Additionally, they practice frequent hand washing and use hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol between all home visits and while at your home if requested.
- We respect social distancing guidelines as outlined by the CDC by maintaining a 6-foot distance from all members of your household while performing in-home installation services. For your health and safety, our smart tech experts have been trained on many procedures to promote cleanliness and have been advised to forgo handshakes until further notice.
- A smart tech expert with any known illness or exhibiting symptoms of flu-like illnesses will not visit a customer’s home.
Of course, the health and safety of our employees is also of upmost importance. If you or anyone in your household is exhibiting symptoms of illness, such as flu-like symptoms, we ask that you kindly reschedule any upcoming appointments to your home.
