Downloading the Google Home and Nest apps on the customer’s device controlling the Nest Hub Max/Home Minis and ensure it is connected to the Wi-Fi network they want the Nest Hub Max on
Walking the customer through the set up on the apps including network configuration, set up applicable audio and/or video services (Pandora, HBO Go, etc.)
Following the voice set-up with the customer there so they can program his/her voice.
Following the rest of the prompts and then completing set up by showing the example on the final screen of the app.
